Our Amazing Closing Circle
{Afternoon} Come back soon y’all!
Our program begins Friday at 11am and concludes Sunday at Noon. We recommend exploring the quaint town and local waterfalls with your soul sisters after our closing circle. You can also enjoy a massage or peaceful hike at the retreat center Sunday afternoon. Optional items are marked on the schedule with a (*) and you’ll be responsible for massage therapy appointments. Staff tips are always at your discretion based on your personal experience.
Claim your space on the coolest adult summer camp!A deposit of $250 reserves your space on retreat. Since we have a limited amount of space and accommodations―and these women’s retreats always sell out―we recommend that you send your RSVP ASAP.
If your inner wisdom guided you here, chances are YOU are ready. Can you hear your heart saying: “YES!”? If so, we’ll see you in the mountains.
Helpful tip: Closest Airport & Transportation.
We have ladies join us from all over the country for this retreat! You’ll fly into Atlanta (ATL) airport. It’s about 1-1.5 hours driving time to the retreat center. Detailed driving directions are provided in your welcome packet at registration. We do not include transportation from the airport, but we do work with a local travel agent if you’d like assistance in planning your itinerary. If you would like to extend your stay or arrive with plenty of relaxation time, we can request an extra night at the retreat center, suggest great places to stay near artesian shops and dining in Atlanta, or put you in touch with our travel agent for a custom trip.
“Go and play. Run around. Build something. Break something. Climb a tree. Get dirty. Get in some trouble. Have some fun.”

MANDY ROBERTS
The inspiration and driving force behind Atlanta’s FORM {yoga} Mandy is always learning, adapting and growing. As a studio owner Mandy has built a beautiful, inclusive community that focuses on empowerment, trust and connection. As a single mom, Mandy leads by example teaching her two kids to (playfully) grab life by the horns and to live life to the fullest. And as a yoga teacher and retreat leader Mandy encourages her students to face their fears in class, online and out in the world while exploring humility, playfulness and laughter. Finding yoga in 2004, Mandy had no idea she was embarking on a life-long journey of personal growth. Her divorce just a few years later was the catalyst for a complete dissolution of her former life and the beginning of what is now FORM {yoga}. At that point life led her into a new career teaching yoga and owning a yoga studio {yep, it really did happen that way}. During the extremely challenging times surrounding her divorce Mandy found that the teachings of yoga were one of the only things that could help her keep her focus on moving forward and choosing life. A graduate of the 12-month Urban Priestess…
