What

When we first think of alchemy, it is often as the ancient practice of turning lead into gold. Looking deeper, we find that alchemy was and is very much a spiritual pursuit. Like yoga, it’s an inside job.

Join Elizabeth Rowan, MA, E-RYT200, RYT 500, for 100 hours of transformative study, practice and exploration of the alchemy of yoga over four distinct 25-hour intensive modules in Atlanta, Georgia. Available as individual modules or as a 100 hour immersion, The Alchemy of Yoga training will deepen your knowledge and practice with a scholarly and traditional approach to yoga philosophy, adjustments, subtle body and teaching methodology in a modern voice. This training is tailored for both existing yoga practitioners looking to expand their knowledge and 200+ hour certified yoga instructors of any lineage seeking to evolve. Each weekend includes master classes (practice), lecture, conversation, individual and group practicums, personalized feedback, and more.
