One Simple Rule

  1. Bury the idea of perfection. It doesn’t exist.
  2. Be kind, especially to yourself (see rule number 1).
  3. Don’t get caught up in what others think of you
  4. (see rule number 1).
    Eat that second (or third) slice of pizza, and enjoy it.
  5. (see rule number 1).
  6. When you mess up always say you are sorry, and mean it
    (see rule number 1).
  7. Laugh at yourself, a lot (see rule number 1).
