Membership Details & Fine Print
Monthly membership is the best deal we offer! Your discounts on retail, workshops and events will automatically apply based on your pricing tier. Any unused monthly classes expire at the end of the monthly billing cycle. Monthly BFF passes are unable to be used by membership subscribers. Unused passes expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle. Monthly Memberships may be frozen once per year and will incur a $25 administration fee for each month the membership is frozen. Our monthly memberships auto-renew on your credit card on the same day each month. Each membership has a 3 month minimum commitment and will continue until you cancel. You may cancel anytime after the 3-months with 30 days’ written notice. You may change your tier membership anytime after the initial 3-month commitment. Submit your tier changes or cancellations to questions@formyoga.com.

Private Yoga Instruction
Individual instruction is a great way to work through injuries or dive deeper with a personalized plan. You can easily purchase and book your private session by downloading the FORM yoga app. Packages start at $120 per hour of instruction and will be curated to your needs. rivate package discounts are available.
