In studio classes and workshops

Receive unlimited yoga classes at FORM {yoga} each month for every enrolled employee. With our array of classes from beginner friendly/stress releasing offerings to higher energy flowing classes, the schedule is sure to be a hit.

Unlimited membership packages start as low as $240 for the first 3 employees.

We will offer a corporate discount of 15% when enrolling 5 or more employees for any in studio workshop. Contact us to get started.

On-site classes and workshops

A single class on-site at your company starts at $150 for a 60 minute class. We will provide a dedicated teacher for your class and work with you to find the scheduled day and time of day that will suit your employees’ needs. These classes may be purchased in a package of 5 sessions with rates as low as $125 per class.

Workshops on-site are a great way to create harmony and connection in the workplace. Your employees will be given a holistic experience and an in depth understanding of topics especially beneficial to the workplace. We suggest topics such as introduction to meditation, postures for back pain relief, relaxation and breathing techniques. Workshop sessions will be tailored to your specific needs and can range in time from 60 minutes to 120 minutes depending on your needs.
