FORM {yoga} is a fun, community centered, music driven yoga studio in Decatur with a focus on exploring the creative aspects of vinyasa yoga. We are a collection of dedicated students and teachers who love to learn and explore on our mat with classes, workshops, and trainings. From beginner students to the most experienced yogis, we know you will find our light-hearted community warm and welcoming.

At FORM{yoga} you will find a selection of dynamic teachers, each encouraged to lead class from their strengths while guiding you in a safe and non-competitive atmosphere. Our smaller class sizes allow for personal attention and partner work so that your practice grows in a rich way.

Tips to Unrolling Your Mat

Heads up, y’all! We’re growing and that means we need to weave a little policy into our practice to make our studio the best it can be for everyone. So starting June 1…

  • 1-hour cancellation window – Can’t make a class? Hey, life happens. Just log on to Mindbody or the Mindbody app and cancel your registration up to an hour in advance. It’s all give and take: taking a minute to cancel gives your spot to someone who needs it! *Please note phone calls and email will not suffice to cancel, just log into your account, it’s a click away. Easy-Peasy.
  • I don’t feel tardy – We all run late from time to time. So if you’re registered for a class, you can still get in up to 5 minutes after it starts. If you didn’t pre-register you will not be late admitted to class. Tardiness effects not only you but the teacher and the whole class too, please do your best to be on time.

And a few registration reminders:

  • Pre-registration closes 10 minutes before class.
  • Unclaimed registered spots for full classes may be given to walk-in students 5 minutes before class starts.
  • It’s suggested that you plan to be in studio – mat unrolled at least 5 minutes before class starts.
