COVID-19 Safety Upgrades & Changes
- Fresh air is the best air: We modified our HVAC system to pull in only fresh air from outdoors. That's right, no recirculated air! This is the apex for limiting exposure to aerosols and we aren't afraid to say this protocol works. The unit will remain on during all classes and at least 30 minutes before and after each class.
- Hospital grade HEPA filters: Yeah, we are not recirculating air but we are taking no chances in keeping you safe. The filters have been tested to filter ultra-fine particles.
- Choice of vaccinated classes: For our vaccinated students you have the choice of attending classes with other vaccinated students or attending open classes.
- Slightly shorter classes: We want to minimize exposure and maximize your practice. All regular weekly classes are approximately 60 minutes in length.
- Masked & Mask Optional Classes: We have opened our schedule to include mask optional classes for our vaccinated students. All classes not titled "Mask Optional & Vaccinated Class" still require well-fitted masks to attend. Please visit the "schedule" page on our website to see the weekly schedule of classes.
- No intense breath work: Our goal is to minimize exposure and maximize safety. The teacher will guide the students on how to properly and safely breathe with the least potential for aerosol spread.
- Increased cleaning: After each class floors will be mopped and all high touch surfaces will be disinfected. Hand sanitizer and hand washing stations are also provided for our students and staff.
- In-house contact tracing: In order to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19 we require all students to tell us if they have tested positive for COVID-19 after attending class. If a positive case is confirmed we will notify each student in attendance of the potential exposure. Since reopening for indoor classes in November 2020 we have had zero community spread!
Not sure what to expect?
We’re dedicated to keeping you safe, and informed too. Please read our additional studio protocol & policy below so you know what to expect.
- Doors open 10 minutes prior to class time: You didn’t get the class time wrong, in order to limit exposure we kindly ask that refrain from gathering in the hall and instead wait to enter the building. Enjoy the fresh air and Vitamin D outdoors while you wait for the doors to open.
- Sanitize your hands, yo: First things, first! Upon arrival head to the desk to sanitize your hands before checking in. If you arrive early feel free to wash your hands in the restroom, just let us know when you enter.
- Sign yourself in: After you clean your hands look for your name, alphabetically listed on the iPad and click the box next to your name. If you did not pre-register there is a chance you may not get into class, we strongly encourage you to reserve your spot in advance.
- Find your place: Yoga is all about finding yourself, but you gotta find your spot first. Look for two little stars on the floor. Place your mat between the two stars to mark your physically-distanced spot. Spaces are marked at 6-7' away from your closest neighbor. Please be mindful of not placing your items on a neighboring spot.
- NEW Tardy Policy (effective 5 minutes ago): No late attendance once class has started. We’re putting this policy into effect. It’s best for our posse — to be safe, to respect the sanctity of each class, and to benefit your fellow students’ practice.
NEW! Registration Window and 4 Hour Cancellation Policy Effective April 1, 2021
- Due to how quickly classes get on the waitlist after they are open for registration as well as an increasing number of class cancellations and no shows, effective April 1 the pre-registration window is 7 days in advance.
- 4-hour cancellation window: Can’t make a class? Hey, life happens. Just log on to FitDEGREE or the FitDEGREE app at least 4 hours prior to class — no phone calls or emails please — to cancel your registration without penalty. Easy-Peasy.
- Did you know those circles around the class icon tells you how much space is remaining in each class? A green circle is a spacious class, an orange circle is around half-full, and a red circle is close to capacity. When the class is full the circle turns black. When a class is full we encourage you to use the waitlist function. You can check on the class status by heading to FitDEGREE to see if a spot opened up, but if you use the waitlist it will automatically notify you. Just make sure you enable push notifications under your settings in the FORM yoga app so you will receive the notification OR you must log in to your FitDEGREE account to check your placement.
- Unclaimed registered spots for full classes may be given to waitlisted, walk-in students before class starts. To keep your reservation plan to arrive in studio on time.

TESTIMONIALS
“I’ve been to a lot of yoga studios and this is the only one that has shown me how much the power of laughter and love can transform. Also – most of the classes are appropriate for all levels, injuries, etc – and there is never any judgment or stigma attached to what one can or cannot do. I love it!”
Janet R.
“FORM yoga is my happy place! The students and teachers at FORM are extremely supportive and encouraging. It is very common to hear us cheer and clap for a fellow yogi.”

"Love this studio! Been out a few times now and love the ambiance and the beautiful space. So much character, but also a lot of love goes into everything there from the owner to each of the instructors."
