An all levels class that begins with a focus on, and an awareness of, the breath followed by a gently flowing practice with longer holds of poses to allow for a deeper opening and connection to your yoga and yourself.<strong><em> </em></strong>Offered as an option to the more vigorous classes, this new addition to the FORM schedule will give you the chance to release toxins, restore energy and leave feeling rested and rejuvenated<strong><em>.</em></strong></p>

By the end of this Cardio class you will be invigorated and ready for the weekend workshop. An extra 15 minutes of cool down will be offered at the end. Stretch out and enjoy!</p>
<p>Saturday May 5, 2:30 – 5:00<br />
Yes, you read it right! A 2 and a half hour exercise odyssey combining strength, cardio and stretching. Mini breaks to hydrate will be required. Laugh at the sweat on your matt as we explore the resilience and extreme capabilities of our bodies.</p>
<p>Sunday May 6, 12 – 2:30<br />
By now you will be used to the length of time for this work out. Who knows? You may be welcoming it. The concept is the same as Saturday’s class, but the exercises will be different. The last half hour will be gentler. We will spend some extra time stretching and lengthening. A portion will be devoted to breathing (integrating mind and body) as we spend a longer time in Shavasanna.</p>
