restore! renew! revive! with our Spring into FORM detox series Saturdays 2pm – 4pm March 24th – April 28th at FORM yoga studio
Begin with a 90 minute class – alternating each week between Yoga (various styles including Kundalini, Restorative and Vinyasa Flow) and Cardio Form. Following each class, there will be a 30-minute session with incredible vendors speaking about how to fuel your body for optimal performance, health, and vitality and offering fresh juice samples and a trunk show. March 24: Flow into Spring

This flow will prepare you for the series…offering opening, inspiring yoga, paired with massage to help loosen your muscles. Help your body transition from Winter to Spring through diet, therapies, sleep, breathing, herbs, exercise/yoga, and massage/physical therapies.
March 31: Get the Juices Flowing

Cardio form will get those juices flowing. Challenge yourselves as you burn calories away. Laugh at the sweat on your mat. Enjoy the feeling of being invigorated and energized. Cool down after with a fresh juice tasting after the class

You’ll have worked your body from flow, to balance to strength. We’ll end the series with a restorative session with Kundalini yoga, juice tasting and healthy junk food sampling.
What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga utilizes movement, sound, breath and meditation to relax and restore your mind and body while improving strength, flexibility and endurance. This powerfully effective form of yoga stimulates the immune, nervous and glandular systems, helping to bring you back into true harmony. It is a sacred and scientific technology that enables you to access and realize your own creative energy to unlock your potential and elevate your consciousness.
Kundalini Yoga starts with an opening mantra – Adi Mantra and followed by pranayama (breath work). Warm up exercises prepares body to start a specific kriya/set and when it is finished savasana allows the nervous system to deeply relax. Meditation is usually a part of the class. “Long time Sun” chant is a positive affirmation bringing blessings to all, closes each class.
It is perfect time to do spring cleaning. In this workshop we will focus on liver and kidneys. Without strong adrenals and kidneys the heart can not function well and liver is responsible for purifying the blood. Participants will detoxify through Kundalini yoga. We will start with a powerful pranayama/ breath work, which will help get rid of some of the toxins from the body followed by an asana practice/yoga poses, to cleanse, purify and massage the inner organs. Digestive, circulatory, nervous and glandular systems will get an extra boost. You will feel fresh, relax and rejuvenated.
