Introducing Gentle Form Sundays at 9am – 10am starting June 3rd.
An all levels class that begins with a focus on, and an awareness of, the breath followed by a gently flowing practice with longer holds of poses to allow for a deeper opening and connection to your yoga and yourself. Offered as an option to the more vigorous classes, this new addition to the FORM schedule will give you the chance to release toxins, restore energy and leave feeling rested and rejuvenated.
Whether you are recovering from an injury or trauma, seeking stress relief or interested in exploring a change of pace from a more vigorous practice, adding a weekly dose of Gentle Form is just what the doctor ordered.
