A welcome to our new students, and a huge thank you to our consistent students

The new winter schedule is in place and will remain as such until Spring. We may have slight class or sub tweaks here and there, but you can count on the daily classes you see on the schedule now.
We are excited to welcome new students and are forever grateful to our students have been with us from day one. thank you all for being a part of FORM. Your feedback and passion have helped build the schedule and make the studio an incredible place to practice.

Evening classes back by demand!

I’ve recieved several emails requesting more of the 7:30s back, so starting next week, we’ll be adding a Cardio Vinyasa with Julie White and Mandy Roberts. 1/2 Cardio Form 1/2 Vinyasa Flow. The first half of class will build muscle and keep you moving with weights and cardio, followed by a vinyasa flow that you know and love. New Form will also be added to Thursdays schedule at 7:45pm.

Supplement your yoga practice

With our new Cardio Form and Core Form.
PLEASE NOTE: THESE ARE NOT A YOGA CLASS, but a great supplement to your yoga practice.

Cardio Form is  fun and fast! 45 minutes of low impact cardio combined with exercises using light weights for your upper body. Guaranteed to melt calories away as you work up a great sweat. Ab exercises complete the work out, followed by stretching as you cool down.

Core Form focuses on sculpting, strengthening and defining. 20 minutes each of exercises for your core muscle groups – abs, thighs and glutes. Get ready to fully fatigue each muscle group and feel the burn. After working it to your max, we’ll stretch out, helping to create longer leaner muscles.
